Conscious and Connected Breathwork, one of many Breathwork methods, is a powerful personal growth tool that uses a powerful breathing technique that the individual moderates at will.
This natural technique, simple and accessible to all, allows a deep exploration of oneself by promoting access to a non-ordinary state of consciousness. The Breathwork can also release old trauma housed in the body. Practiced most often in lying position, the participant breathes – ideally but not necessarily – the open mouth and connected and deep way: without pause between inspiration and expiration continuously and continuously for about an hour.
Breathing in this way one experiences an unusual state of consciousness (Altered State of Mind). Some temporarily inhibited mental filters cause the emergence of sensations, perceptions and emotions buried in the subconscious. According to some experts, this state opens access to an Inner Intelligence, to awareness and to an inaccessible healing potential in everyday life.
During the session, accompanied by a specially designed music playlist, the participant is supported by Bodywork: and conscious movements : some pressure on strategic points relaxes tension, helps the person to connect with his body and to release resistances to achieve a better fluidity of energy.
